ZEL’s first job was detailed engineering of off-sites, utilities and storage systems for a major lube refinery project. ZEL has undertaken FEED & EPC tender document preparation for the 12,000 BPSD HSD Hydrodesulphurization project of NRL based on UOP license.
ZEL has been involved in relocation of refinery units from USA, UK and Italy to Pakistan and has extensive experience of upgrading utility and off-sites systems for refineries.
